All our Jewellery comes presented in a jewellery box or organza bag.  We aim to dispatch all order within 1-2 working days. Postage is calculated during checkout.

UK ONLY: Free Delivery on all order over £30 (2nd Class Recorded Delivery) 3-7 days.

UK Order 1st Class Recorded Delivery  1-3 days.

Next Day Delivery ( if order before 12 noon ) Excluding Saturdays.

A postage price of £6.95 is added to all orders under £30

A postage price of £4.95 is added to all orders over £30

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days as gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable.

 If you receive a refund, the cost of original postage/shipping will be deducted from your refund even if it was FREE Postage/Shipping.

Non-Refundable Item.

·       Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on intimate item.

·        Earrings: for Health & Hygiene reason, we do not give refund on earrings.

·       We do not give refund on any custom order.

·       Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.

·       Any items return more than 14 days after delivery.

·       Gift Cards are Non-Refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items are Non-Refundable but we will offer a credit note.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Please Note you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please Note the SAFE return of goods is your responsibility If you are shipping an item over £35, you should consider using a recorded/trackable postal/shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damage of goods in transit!
